Relationship Crisis and signs of major trouble

There will always come a point in time where a relationship will be bumpy no matter how long or short you have been together. Most of us suffered difficulties in our relationship and the best way to avoid these is to find the signs before it gets worse. If you go on denying or ignoring these signs, your relationship is certain to fall apart or end in divorce. The following are 6 signs that your relationship is getting into or is already in major trouble:

* You are living together but each has separate lives. This often happens to couples who have been living together for several years already. Yes, you live in the same house, share the same bed but nothing more. Both of you aren't living as a real couple because you do things individually. It seems like you are living more like roommates. Leaving and coming home any time you want and doing things on your own. Though it may seem that your situation doesn't affect your relationship, it's a sign that you may have a relationship crisis.

* Abuse is present. In a relationship, any kind of abuse isn't acceptable. A lot of people, particularly women, deny or cannot determine that they are being abused by their partner. Abuse covers plenty of different instances like an act of threat or intimidation, physical, verbal or sexual abuse. When abuse is present, it suggests that there is a very serious relationship problem going on for quite some time.

* Couples are playing the blame game. Maturity requires being responsible in any kind of relationship. In terms of a relationship crisis, it's never the fault of only one person. The other person continuously makes the same mistake since the other is allowing it to happen. It is very unhealthy in a relationship to blame the other person each time a problem develops. If you are experiencing or doing this, you can say that there is a major relationship crisis you are facing. Blaming should stop to fix the issue.

* Conflicts are never really resolved. One of the secrets to maintaining a healthy relationship is to have constant communication and to have the initiative to fix problems quickly. But sadly, many couples as of now leave unresolved issues in their relationship. Issues don't fade and sometimes come back to break your relationship when you least expect it. Anger towards one another will emerge and that will build a wall between the two of you.

* Infidelity. When infidelity is present in a relationship, it is certainly expected that both partners will be affected in some way. Couples who have a healthy relationship have little possibility of engaging into cheating their partners. Those people who are sometimes unfaithful towards their partner are those people whose expectation in the relationship is not fulfiled. Infidelity is a serious problem in your relationship.

* Less or no sex. Sexual intimacy is what makes a marriage distinctive from other relationships. For women, this is when they feel extra special and loved by their spouse. For men, it's their way of showing their feelings to the woman of their life. When sex slowly decreases (especially if you are not yet in your golden age), this can be a sign that something is wrong in your relationship.

If you're going through any of these issues, these must be acknowledged. Forgetting unresolved issues will solve nothing. Couples normally end in break up or divorce since they fail to fix the problems while they can still do something. Just having the willingness to fix things is enough to stop further complications. You should act now.
