All rings sizes are based on diameter. To figure out the diameter of a ring, divide your measurement by 3.14. For example: If the penis measures 7", divide by 3.14, which equals 2.23". A ring that is smaller than 2.23" but is within.25"-.5" will be needed for a comfortable fit.
